The Hash Labs.

Terms of Service

Rules for using thehashlabs.com and engaging The Hash Labs for software and IT work.

1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using The Hash Labs website and related online materials, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to website visitors. Client projects are additionally governed by signed proposals, statements of work (SOWs), master service agreements (MSAs), and NDAs, which control if there is a conflict.

2. Who we are and what we offer

The Hash Labs provides IT and computer science services including software development, cloud architecture, DevOps, AI/data platforms, product design engineering, consulting, and related support from our Lahore office. Website content describes our capabilities generally and does not create a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

3. Acceptable use of the website

You agree to use the site lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to servers, accounts, or non-public systems
  • Introduce malware, scrape at abusive rates, or disrupt service availability
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Hash Labs
  • Copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit site content without permission
  • Submit unlawful, harmful, or confidential information you are not authorized to share

4. Intellectual property

Unless a signed agreement assigns ownership, The Hash Labs retains rights in our website design, branding, copy, graphics, demos, and portfolio presentations. Client deliverables (source code, designs, documentation) are handled under the IP clauses of your SOW or MSA — typically specifying license, assignment, and third-party open-source obligations.

Trademarks of partners shown on the site belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement beyond described collaboration.

5. Proposals, fees, and delivery

Estimates shared by email or call are informational. Binding commercial terms (scope, milestones, fees, payment schedule, change control, warranties, and acceptance criteria) appear only in signed documents. Late payments, delayed client feedback, or out-of-scope requests may affect timelines under the change-control process in your agreement.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hash Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use, including lost profits or data.

For contracted services, liability caps and warranty periods are defined in the governing agreement — not these website terms.

7. Third-party links and tools

Pages may link to third-party sites or load CDN libraries (fonts, analytics, frameworks). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or availability. Review those providers’ terms separately.

8. Governing law and contact

These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed client contract specifies otherwise. Disputes related solely to website use should first be raised with us in good faith.
